Airport Transportation
Terms And Conditions

1. *Cancellation Policy for Airport Reservations:*
– Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time incurs a full charge.
– Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance results in an 80% refund within 5 business days.
– A 15-minute grace period is given for departures to the airport.
– If the vehicle waits after the grace period, a charge of $20.00 plus gratuity is applied for every 30 minutes.

2. *Airport Reservation Administrative Charge:*
– If an airport reservation is canceled and not re-scheduled, there is a $25.00 administrative charge.

3. *Cancellation Policy for Charters, Weddings, Proms, and Point-to-Point Services:*
– Full charge for cancellations one month or less from the date of service (three months or less for weddings and proms).
– Wedding and prom cancellations must be submitted in writing by certified mail 45 days prior to the date of service.
– For point-to-point service, there is a 15-minute grace period for initial pick-up, and additional charges for waiting time apply.

4. *Additional Charges and Fees:*
– If legal action is necessary for collection, the client is responsible for court costs and attorney fees.
– Damages caused to the vehicle result in a minimum charge of $100.00.
– A minimum fee of $150.00 is charged for anyone getting sick in the vehicle. (cleaning fee)

5. *Payment Information:*
– Charges are processed on the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

It’s important for clients to be aware of these terms and conditions when making reservations to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes. If there are any changes or updates to the policy, it’s advisable to communicate them clearly to clients.

Hourly Service
Cancellation Policy

1. *General Reservations:*
– If a reservation is canceled one (1) month or less from the date of the original service, there is a full charge. This charge is either the flat rate quoted or the total, of minimum hours reserved for the service.
– The charge will be processed on the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

2. *Weddings and Proms:*
– For weddings and proms, cancellations must be submitted in writing by certified mail ninety-one (91) days prior to the date of service.
– Cancellations made within the specified time frame result in a full charge, processed on the credit card.

3. *Point-to-Point Service:*
– A 15-minute grace period is provided from the time of the initial scheduled pick-up time for point-to-point service.
– For events like concerts or sporting events, where the return time is not scheduled, there is a 30-minute grace period from the time the event is over.
– If the vehicle is still waiting after the grace period has expired, there is a charge of $20.00 plus 20% gratuity (on limousines) and $40.00 plus 20% gratuity (on SUV Excursions & larger) for every 15 minutes, beginning from the initial scheduled pick-up time.

4. *Legal Action for Unpaid Balances:*
– If legal action is necessary to collect unpaid balances, the client is responsible for all court costs, attorney fees, and the outstanding balance.

5. *Vehicle Damages:*
– Damages caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on the cost of damage.

6. *Illness in Vehicle:*
– Any person or persons getting sick in a vehicle will be charged a minimum fee of $250.00. The final cost is determined when the bill is received from the detail shop.

Shuttle Service
Booking Cancellations

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to your pick-up departure time.
Notify System Shuttle Miami as soon as possible to ensure eligibility for a refund.
Your booking is considered canceled only after confirmation from System Shuttle Miami.
The time of cancellation is determined by when System Shuttle Miami receives your request.
FEES AND REFUNDS ON BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:

For cancellations more than 48 hours prior to pick-up, you are eligible for an 80% refund with a 20% cancellation fee.
No refund is available for cancellations within 48 hours of the pick-up time.
BOOKING CHANGES:

Changes can be made at any time more than 24 hours before your pick-up departure time.
Notify System Shuttle Miami promptly for any changes.
Your booking details are considered changed only after confirmation from System Shuttle Miami.
Immediate notification by calling is recommended for changes needed within 24 hours.
FEES AND REFUNDS ON BOOKING CHANGES:

No fees for changes made more than 24 hours before pick-up, provided the total cost remains the same.
Settlement is required for any additional charges resulting from changes.
No partial refund for lesser charges; the fee for the change is equal to the difference between the two charges.
LIABILITY:

Despite the best intentions of System Shuttle Miami, your plans may go wrong.
System Shuttle Miami is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of a transport booking.
